We are seeking a talented Executive Assistant to help us create the future of lunar surface mobility in a fast-paced startup environment. As the Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to Lunar Outpost's Chief Executive Officer. The ideal candidate is excited about the prospect of cultivating efficiency for the CEO, thereby contributing to the company's success and the realization of our mission to enable a sustainable human presence in space.Take the Next Leap with Lunar Outpost and work on the Pegasus LTV, which will carry NASA astronauts farther than they've ever been before on the lunar surface!Key Responsibilities:Manage communications, including reading emails, answering the phone, and taking messages from and for the CEOManage the CEO's calendar, including coordinating meetings, scheduling appointments, and responding to communications on the CEO's behalfSupport the COO, CTO and CSORespond to general requestsCoordinate travel (domestic and international), including booking travel arrangements and coordinating agendas; manage expense reportsSynthesize information from multiple sources, prioritize actions, and keep the CEO informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilitiesLiaise with key stakeholders, including other senior management and external partnersDevelop and draft presentations and/or other various documents; prepare the CEO for meetingsAttend assigned meetings and record and prepare the minutes, including key actionsGreet guests and visitorsAssist with planning internal and external eventsMaintain office supplies and inventoryOrganize weekly cleanersPrepare meeting rooms for useManage special projects as neededHandle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and discretionExercise adaptability, a strong attention to detail, and organizational skills to increase efficiency while maintaining high-quality executionRequirements:2-3 or more years of experience in supporting a senior executiveTeam-oriented, with excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skillsSuperior organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks effectivelyAbility to think on your feet; strong problem-solving skillsAbility to exercise good judgmentPositive and professional attitudeAbility to exercise discretion with respect to confidential or sensitive informationHave a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management softwareIn-person role, with extended hours; work on weekends may be required as necessary to support the CEO's schedulePossible domestic and international travelCompensation & Benefits:Compensation level and base salary are competitively structured and thoughtfully determined based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, and the scope of the role.Comprehensive health coverage: Medical, dental, and vision benefits, with 70% of premiums covered by the employerPaid time off: Three (3) weeks per year of vacationRetirement plan: Up to 4% employer match on 401(k) contributionsPaid holidays: 11 company-recognized holidaysParental leaveEducational reimbursement opportunities to support company objectives, continued learning, and career developmentLunar Outpost Inc.
