Executive AssistantWest Oaks Hospital is seeking a dynamic and talented full-time Executive Assistant to join our team of compassionate, dedicated professionals. The Executive Assistant will provide executive administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer and Medical Director. A large component in this role is high-level proficiency in Microsoft Outlook applications, including Outlook calendaring, excel, publisher, contract coordination and administrative meeting documentation.
They present good communication and observation skills as well as the ability to accurately process and document information. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for credentialing physicians and physician assistants. Managing provider on-call schedule and all facility contracts.
Prepares and develop social media content under the guidance of the CEO or designee.
