Role: Executive Assistant (Banking/Financial)
Location: Jersey City, NJ (Onsite)
Duration: 3months (Possible extension/Conversion)
Pay Range: $30-$40hr
5+ years of executive-level administrative support experience.
Must have Concur experience.
Manage complex calendars, domestic/international travel, meetings, and executive priorities.
Coordinate leadership events, Town Halls, client engagements, and office operations.
Prepare executive communications, presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
Handle expense reports, compliance, and confidential information.
Strong communication, discretion, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
