Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff, this individual will serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership, managing complex priorities, coordinating high-level initiatives, and handling sensitive business and personal matters with the utmost discretion.
This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and takes ownership of projects from conception through completion.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide high-level administrative and strategic support to the Chairman's Office.Serve as a trusted gatekeeper and liaison between executive leadership and key internal and external stakeholders.Coordinate and execute complex projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and communications remain on track.Manage domestic and international travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries, accommodations, transportation, and last-minute changes.Handle confidential personal and business matters with professionalism, sound judgment, and discretion.Prepare executive correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting materials.Coordinate board meetings, executive events, and leadership engagements.Facilitate communication and scheduling among senior leaders, partners, and other stakeholders.Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance overall office operations.QualificationsBachelor's degree required.10+ years of executive assistant experience supporting senior executives, owners, founders, or C-suite leadership.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines in a dynamic environment.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Experience handling highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Self-starter with excellent judgment, initiative, and follow-through.Flexible, adaptable, and responsive to changing priorities.Professional presence with a service-oriented mindset.Proven ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality at all levels of an organization.
