We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment, anticipates needs before being asked, and takes pride in getting things done accurately and efficiently.

This is a hands-on execution role. You'll collaborate with our broader marketing and operations team while taking direct ownership of Kristin's administrative needs and Substack publishing operations.

  • Monitor performance metrics and flag meaningful trends or issues.
  • Support Kristin in identifying and executing opportunities to improve engagement and subscriber growth.
  • Create promotional materials to support Substack content.
  • Set up and maintain ManyChat automations related to Substack promotions.
  • Coordinate promotional assets and timing with the broader social media team.
3. Content Creation & Social Media Support
  • Create and assemble Instagram content at Kristin's direction, including feed posts, Stories, graphics, and promotional assets.
  • Support content creation using tools such as Canva and other relevant creative platforms.
  • Assist with captions, tagging, scheduling, and quality assurance for Kristin-directed posts.
  • Organize Kristin-specific content assets, images, videos, and reference materials.
  • Support timely execution of founder-directed content requests.
  • Coordinate with the Social Media Coordinator to ensure content is aligned with existing publishing schedules and brand standards.
  • Track performance and engagement related to Kristin-specific promotions.
4. Project & Team Coordination
  • Track Kristin's individual projects, priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with internal team members to facilitate timely execution of Kristin-directed requests.
  • Organize project materials and maintain relevant task updates in Asana or other team tools.
  • Support Kristin's scheduling and logistical needs for podcast appearances, partnerships, campaigns, and other business activities.
  • Provide concise, proactive status updates and flag potential delays or obstacles.
