Remote Part Time General

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership. The successful candidate will manage executive schedules, coordinate meetings and travel, oversee communications, and assist with business operations to ensure organizational efficiency. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion.

Key Responsibilities
Manage executive calendars, appointments, and daily schedules.
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
Prepare, edit, and proofread reports, presentations, business correspondence, and other executive documents.
Screen and respond to emails, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of executives.
Organize meetings by scheduling participants, preparing agendas, recording meeting minutes, and tracking follow-up items.
Maintain confidential records, executive files, and business documentation.
Support executives by coordinating projects and monitoring key deadlines.
Conduct research, gather information, and prepare reports to support strategic decision-making.
Serve as the primary liaison between executives, employees, clients, vendors, and external stakeholders.
Prepare expense reports and assist with budget tracking and financial documentation.
Coordinate special projects and provide additional executive and administrative support as needed.
Perform other duties assigned to support executive leadership and business operations.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, or in a comparable executive support role is preferred.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and consistently meet deadlines.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Professional demeanor with sound judgment and exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information responsibly.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment.
