Kymera Therapeutics seeks a Senior/Executive Director of AI Strategy & Applications to become the first dedicated AI leader. Reporting to the VP of IT, this hands-on role will define Kymera's enterprise AI strategy and drive its execution with the CEO and Executive Team.
You will own AI platform selection, governance, and vendor relationships while partnering with Research, Clinical Development, Regulatory/CMC, and G&A to turn scientific and business challenges into working AI solutions.
