This role organizes and develops information and materials necessary for meetings, special projects, presentations, and reports and provides additional support as assigned. They also collaborate with other Central Office associates to manage office activities and professionally represents TRIMEDX in all interactions by demonstrating a commitment to the TRIMEDX brand, vision, mission, and values.Location: Indianapolis, Indiana; candidates must currently reside in the central Indiana region within a 70 mile radius. Our CO - Central (Corporate) Office - is located on the northwest side of Indianapolis. This position is Hybrid (a mix of remote & in-office).Relocation is not available for this position.

Immigration sponsorship not available for this position.ResponsibilitiesExecutive Level Support – 95%Support designated executive/s with all administrative support needsManage calendars, phone calls, reports, travel schedulesPerform additional support tasks: onboarding, coordinate meetings, prepare documents, take notes/minutes, send reminders/responses, maintain files, invoice approval, legal ticket prioritizationOrganize and develop information and materials necessary for meetings, special projects, presentations, and reportsCollaborate with senior management and stakeholders to identify business projects; manage resource allocation, and the development of project deliverablesInterface with board members, customer contacts, vendors, and community leadersSupport Central Office Management (5%)Maintain assigned public areas (e.g. conference room, break room)Collaborate with other associates to manage office activities and eventsAll other duties as assigned.Skills and ExperienceMinimum 5 years of support experience with at least 3 years of experience providing executive level supportExperience in a large (over $500m), nationally operated company preferredExperience in supervision of support staff a plusProven and demonstrated experience with customer contact specifically customers, community leaders, and industry affiliates is requiredPolished executive presence and a high level of professionalism requiredDemonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office applications at an intermediate or advanced levelAbility to manage time and set priorities amidst multiple tasks and deadlinesStrong project management skillsExcellent organization and planning skillsProven creativity and problem solving skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work comfortably with all levels of the organizationAbility to maintain confidentiality in all circumstancesAbility to deal with change and be flexible while still delivering resultsShow a critical eye for attention to detailEducation and QualificationsAssociates degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred; Bachelor's degree a plusAt Trimedx, we are committed to cultivating a workplace culture where every associate feels valued, supported, and empowered to thrive.
