Executive AdministratorCushman & Wakefield's New York Midtown office is seeking an experienced C-suite Executive Administrator to support Executive Brokers in handling all administrative and strategic initiatives required to facilitate the transaction of Cushman & Wakefield's commercial real estate business.Principal ResponsibilitiesAssist Executive Broker with managing their complex business operations to ensure administrative, financial, and operational activities are performed in a seamless and efficient mannerProvide oversight and guidance, organize, and prioritize critical issuesAnticipate Executive Broker, client and business needs and undertake necessary actions to produce effective results timelyManage and organize complex calendar activities such as meetings, agendas, luncheon arrangements and travel plans; work around scheduling conflicts and keeping Executive Broker on scheduleAssist in planning and coordinating complex travel arrangementsManage email correspondence for Executive Broker promptly. Reply where necessary, print attachments, follow up on actions, flag urgent messages. File in appropriate foldersUpdate and maintain contacts, telephone numbers and email addressesManage CRMManage deal booking processCoordinate and track presentations and client deliverables, ensuring timely completionPrepare site search / space survey tour book presentations in PowerPoint and maps, leveraging data from CoStar and from calling/emailing brokers for informationDraft proposals and RFPs and assemble proposal matrix / summary packages for client's reviewAnswer and screen all incoming calls to Executive Brokers officeOrganize and input broker expenses and charitable contributions, track payments and allowancesSupport Executive Broker's community and industry activities and eventsEnsure that education, credentials and licensing of brokers is currentPrepare, collect and maintain information for the preparation of confidential reports, proposals, and other materialsProvide PTO coverage to colleaguesAnd any other duties as requestedMinimum Qualifications10+ years of executive administrative experience supporting corporate c-suite professional/s, real estate background preferredBachelor's degree requiredRequired SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHighly organized, logical thinkerTakes initiativeFlexible schedule for overtimeAbility to multi-task and organize a daily workload by prioritiesSense of urgency about tasks or assignmentsFriendly, personable demeanorStrong work ethic/commitment levelTeam playerPositive attitudeExcellent attention to detail and follow throughProactive approach to problem-solvingTechnologically proficient with Outlook, MS Suite, Workday, Microsoft Teams etc.Cushman & Wakefield also provides eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health, vision, and dental insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life, and disability insurance programs, and paid and unpaid time away from work.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate's experience and qualifications. The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.

The compensation for the position is: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00.
