Senior Executive AssistantThis is not a traditional Executive Assistant position. The Senior Executive Assistant serves as the Executive Partner to Veterinary United's CEO and President, acting as the trusted operational extension of the Executive Office.This individual will help organize executive priorities, coordinate communication, manage complex schedules, oversee executive projects, ensure consistent follow-through, and create the structure that allows executive leadership to remain focused on strategy, growth, and organizational leadership.The ideal candidate enjoys bringing order to complexity, anticipates needs before they arise, and takes ownership of ensuring important work moves from discussion to execution.This is a full-time, in-person position based primarily from Veterinary United's corporate office in Southeast Michigan. The successful candidate will work alongside the CEO and President daily and will periodically coordinate administrative activities at designated executive work locations as business needs require.
This is not a remote or hybrid position.
