This fast-paced role sometimes requires working beyond the standard 40-hour week, flexibility is key. Some duties are complex, require independent judgement and strong communication skills are a must.Essential Duties/ResponsibilitiesThe following are indicative of the essential functions required to perform this job successfully. This profile is not intended to be all inclusive of tasks and responsibilities required; it provides a description of the critical responsibilities associated with this position.Provide customer service per the "Signature Banking" culture.Assist with the organization and presentation of all documentation paper and electronic, for the Board of Directors, their committees, internal bank committees, exams and audits.Assist with memo and minute drafting.Assist with bank wide calendaring of events.Perform data entry, scanning and filing both paper and electronic documents.Answer and direct incoming calls, greet visitors, and handle general inquiries.Provides support to all departments as directed or where assistance is needed.Assist with special projects.Always maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.Be forthcoming, proactive and transparent with communication across multiple departments.Interaction regularly with multiple supervisors.Coordination with absences must reflect an understanding of the broader impact on departmental workflows and coverage.Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or assigned.Supervisory DutiesNoneKnowledgeKnowledge of standard accounting or banking concepts, practices and procedures.Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe)Proficient in electronic report writing and documentation.SkillsExceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Time management and the flexibility to shift tasks and priorities quickly as departmental needs changeStrong organizational skillsElectronic Filing.AbilityAbility to handle confidential information with integrity.Prioritize, problem solve, research, and meet critical deadlinesWork well in a team environment and independentlyAbility to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing with customers, co-workers, and vendors.Quickly learn job specific software as needed.EducationAssociate degree or equivalent required.
