HA Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Executive
Administrative Assistant who reports directly to the VP of Operations
and VP of Sales. This individual will keep our office organized,
ensure customer inquiries are never overlooked, and help us deliver
responsive, accurate freight service.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and promptly respond to customer calls, emails, quotes, and
requests throughout working hours.
- Act as a direct liaison for customers and executive leadership.
- Coordinate truckload (TL/FTL) and less-than-truckload (LTL) quotes
with a target of 30-minute turnaround for standard requests with
complete shipment information. Gather missing details and escalate
complex quotes immediately; keep customers informed.
- Track customer follow-ups, open quotes, pending decisions, customer
issues, and service requests.
- Assist with CRM/customer
