Executive Administrative Assistant – Hospitality & Real Estate OperationsPay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hourJob Type: Full-time Industries: Restaurant / Hospitality / Real EstateWe are seeking a highly experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to support executive leadership across restaurant/hospitality operations and residential/commercial real estate initiatives. This role requires a proactive, fast-learning professional who operates with discretion, sound judgment, and a high level of independence.This position is best suited for someone who has supported senior executives in fast-paced, operationally complex environments and is comfortable managing priorities across multiple business verticals.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide high-level administrative and operational support to executive leadershipManage complex calendars, meetings, travel, and executive communicationsServe as a liaison between executives, restaurant teams, real estate partners, brokers, vendors, and internal stakeholdersSupport restaurant operations, new initiatives, and special projectsAssist with real estate-related activities including property coordination, documentation, timelines, and stakeholder communicationPrepare executive-level reports, presentations, and operational documentsAnticipate needs, track follow-through, and manage competing prioritiesHandle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretionWeekly visits to the storesRequired Experience & Qualifications1-3 years' experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadershipRestaurant or hospitality industry experience requiredReal estate or commercial real estate experience preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in business administration, or related field preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google WorkspaceProficient in SpanishProfessional appearanceAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalismAbility to work independently with little or no supervisionStrong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsHas a "can-do" attitude, sense of optimism, ownership, and commitment towards his/her work responsibilitiesEnsure confidentiality and compliance with employment laws and company policiesPerform HR and administrative duties as assignedPreferred AttributesExperience supporting executives across multiple business linesComfortable managing ambiguity and shifting prioritiesService-minded, detail-oriented, and highly reliableConfident communicator who can represent leadership professionallyWork EnvironmentFast-paced and high-accountabilityHospitality-driven and operations-focusedRequires discretion, initiative, and trustOffers meaningful exposure to executive leadership and business strategyBenefits:Dental insuranceEmployee discountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceWork Location: In person
