At Insight Hospital & Medical Center, we are partnering with the community to build this historical institution into a model healthcare organization providing patient care second to none!If you would like to be a part of our future team, please apply today!DutiesPrepares and handles correspondences, memos, reports, presentations, and other documents for the Executive/DirectorManages executives' calendar and coordinates with personnel to arrange meetingsResponds to inquiries from parents, patients, visitors, hospital employees, and hospital leaders and determines the urgency of the situation, suggests appropriate referrals, or informs the Executive/Director when the situation warrants his/her attentionResponds to calls and visits from senior management, medical and nursing staff, as well as the public at large. Determines the urgency of the situation and suggests appropriate referrals, or informs the Executive/Director when the situation warrantsHandles incoming/outgoing mailProperly directs all requests, from personal appearances and by telephone, to the appropriate physician, clinic, or departmentActs as the point of contact for executives, employees, clients and other external partners via the executiveManages information flow in a timely and accurate mannerEnsures compliance in day-to-day operationsMakes travel and accommodation arrangementsCreates and runs reportsMaintains files according to appropriate guidelines and maintains confidentialityMaintains excellent working relationships throughout the organizationPrepares agendas and make arrangements, such as coordinating catering for luncheons, for committees, and other meetings.RequirementsTwo (2) years of clerical/administrative experience in an office setting, preferably supporting senior or executive management.Position requires ability to maintain the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.Ability to work independently; demonstrates accuracy, reliability, and problem solving skills.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint is required.Demonstrates excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.Demonstrates ability to communicate professionally and effectively throughout all levels within the organization, and with others outside of the organizationBachelor's degree (Preferred)Healthcare industry experience preferred.Insight is an Equal Opportunity Employer & values workplace diversity!
