Executive Administrative AssistantThe Boys & Girls Club of Clifton is seeking a highly organized, initiative-taking and mission driven Executive Administrative Assistant to support our CEO. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the CEO's day-to-day operations run smoothly, helping maximize their impact and time. The EAA will serve as gatekeeper, liaison, and thought partner who will manage communications, scheduling, information flow and special projects.The Club is located at 822 Clifton Ave, Clifton, NJ 07013 and this is a full-time, non-exempt position.The Club has supported the Clifton community since 1947 in providing quality youth development programs for youth aged 3-18.

The Club serves over 6,000 youth annually and is dedicated to the community's ever-changing needs.Key Responsibilities include managing and maintaining the CEO's calendar, preparing materials for meetings and presentations, managing confidential correspondence and communication, tracking action items, coordinating logistics for board meetings, taking meeting minutes, maintaining accurate records, collaborating closely with Board and other Directors, providing administrative support to all departments, maintaining records of payments and donations, adhering to Club policies, and performing other duties as assigned.Physical Demands include standing, walking, running/jogging, leaning, bending, sitting, and lifting 30lbs.Key Roles include being supportive, arriving on time, maintaining a professional appearance, participating in staff meetings, acting as a role model, contributing to a healthy and safe environment, maintaining confidentiality, reporting suspected abuse, adhering to policies, and assuming other duties as assigned.Qualifications include attaining CPR/First Aid and Child Abuse certifications, non-profit experience, 3 years of experience, exceptional organizational and time management skills, ability to manage sensitive and confidential information, strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft office, Google workspace, Zoom, calendar/meeting tools, ability to work independently, demonstrated commitment to the Mission, values, and goals of the Boys & Girls Club of Clifton, collaborative, mission-focused workplace culture, and familiarity with donor databases or CRM systems.Certifications include CPR and First Aid certification, and Notary Public within 90 days.Schedule is full time, in-person, 8 hour shift.Compensation is $50,000 - $60,000 per year.
