The role holder will interface with individuals on all levels across the organization who may be within the VP's functional organization or within any other part of the business. This requires a professional customer service approach towards all interactions.What You Will Do:Managing executives' calendars, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving abilities to adjust or prioritize schedules proactively based on last-minutes changes. This role provides support across multiple locations and time zones.
