Position Overview
Join a large primary care organization with nearly 30 locations and 50+ providers. The role combines clinical and administrative work with a focus on value-based care and revenue cycle management.
Key Responsibilities
- Foster a culture of excellence throughout the practice.
- Drive strategic initiatives to improve care delivery.
- Ensure the delivery of high‑quality care and meet quality metrics.
- Supervise advanced practice providers.
- Report directly to the CEO and work closely with Operations Directors on clinical issues.
Qualifications
- Experience in clinical leadership, quality improvement, and value‑based care.
- Interest and experience in value‑based care and revenue cycle management are ideal.
- A strong commitment to excellence and evidence‑based practice.
