Exchange Data Licensing SpecialistThis is a full-time remote role for an Exchange Data Licensing Specialist at DataBP. The Specialist will be responsible for managing the implementation of licensing solutions and workflows for exchange clients. Day-to-day tasks include conducting needs assessments, configuring licensing workflows to meet client requirements, providing training and support, and troubleshooting any issues that arise to ensure customer satisfaction.
Additionally, the specialist will work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and optimize the value of our platform.Responsibilities Summary:Engage with clients to understand their business objectivesAdvise clients on best practices regarding data licensing and complianceConnect client business goals and requirements with DataBP platform capabilitiesConfigure the application environment to suit the needs of the exchangeTranslate business goals into technical requirements for developmentPerform user acceptance testingAssist in planning and prioritizing configuration and development effortsQualifications:5 or more years of experience in exchange data licensing or reportingExcellent Customer Service and Communication skillsCommitment to Customer Satisfaction through proactive support and trainingAbility to work independently and remotelyExperience in the market data or fintech industry is a plusBachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferredAssertive and comfortable conducting client-facing meetings
