Exchange And Messaging System EngineerWe are seeking an Exchange And Messaging System Engineer to join our team supporting the Transportation Team.Required QualificationsExperience5–8 years in email operations.Demonstrated experience supporting government agencies, customers, or contracts within federal environments. This includes the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Civil agencies, and military organizations. Prior experience supporting the same or similar contract, with an in-depth understanding of the customer environment, requirements, and operational landscape, is highly desirable.CertificationsMicrosoft Exchange Server / M365 AdministratorSecurity+EducationBachelor's in information technology or network administration.Clearance:Public TrustResponsibilitiesAdministers enterprise messaging environments, ensuring secure and available email operations.Manage Microsoft Exchange Online and M365 integration.Oversee email routing, spam filtering, and backup configurations.Ensure compliance with DOT records management and data retention policies.Provide Tier 3 email support and configuration documentation.OverviewWork Environment And Physical DemandsThe work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of the job. The salary range displayed is an estimate and will be determined based on several factors, including the individual's combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract parameters and organizational requirements.
