Exceptional Urology Private Practice Opportunity - Easy Access to Downtown Philadelphia!

Overview

An established, physician-led private practice in Southern New Jersey seeks a urologist to join a collaborative team of fellowship trained and board certified urologists. The incoming physician will contribute to a broad spectrum of general urology within a large, multi-location organization that supports subspecialty expertise and advanced technology. Some team members reside in downtown Philadelphia with a reverse commute of 20–30 minutes.

Responsibilities

• Provide broad-spectrum general urology care with emphasis on delivering exceptional patient outcomes using the latest minimally invasive and robotic techniques.
• Collaborate within a team of six urologists and multiple advanced practice providers in a large physician organization across more than 20 locations.
• Participate in a strong robotic surgery program with mentorship in management of prostate, kidney, and bladder cancer, as well as reconstructive procedures.
• Support an established stone disease program, including PCNL, ureteroscopy, shock wave lithotripsy, metabolic stone evaluation, and complex stone management.
• Engage in teaching opportunities through an affiliated academic institution with resident rotations (teaching is optional).
• Structure a flexible practice with two full clinic days, two half clinic days, and substantial dedicated operating room time.
• Maintain call coverage no more than 1:5, with compensation defined separately.

Qualifications

• Fellowship-trained and board-certified urologist.
• Able to thrive in a collegial, collaborative practice environment and commit to delivering high-quality patient care.

• Primary affiliation with a major regional teaching hospital and comprehensive cancer center.
• Access to a full complement of robotic and minimally invasive surgical technology; hospital serves as a regional cancer care referral center.
• Academic affiliation with opportunities to work alongside medical students and urology residents.
