EWS Program Manager

Program ManagerRaytheon - Advanced Products and Solutions (APS) Strategic Business Unit is seeking Program Managers (PM) to oversee legacy programs within the Electronic Warfare Systems (EWS) Portfolio. Each role will collaborate with other program manager staff in setting program plan, vision, and tactical direction for program implementation by multifunctional teams and subcontractors. The PM will integrate the performance of the program's engineering, operations, supply chain, finance, mission assurance, and program operations teams.This role is onsite located in Goleta, CA.What You Will Do:Display strong communication, influence management, and presentation skills, and comfortably interact with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels of leadershipSupport and present Program Management Reviews (PMRs), Estimate at Completions (EACs), as well as coordinating customer Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs)Coordinate and align interactions, expectation, and transactions between customers and other primesDevelop and implement program growth strategies for domestic and international areasUnderstand and represent customer needs to stakeholdersDevelop and maintain excellent relationships with the customer counterpartsManage opportunity, cost, quality and schedule, performance and technical aspectsTravel as needed to support business engagementsQualifications You Must HaveTypically requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experienceProgram and/or project management, integrated product team lead (IPTL), and/or cost account management (CAM) experienceExperience supporting cross-functional teamsExperience with production and/or sustainment programsWhat We OfferOur values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
