We are committed to investing in them and that is why we offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to have a positive impact on all areas on your life – from health and well-being, career, and community, to financial security and personal safety, with many benefits beginning on your first day of employment.Responsibilities:Regularly provide consultation to pro builders and retail distributors both on the phone and at customer locationSupervise drafters and/or EWP Customer Service Specialists, where appropriateInitiate sales for engineered wood products and accessories i.e., joist hangers, etc.Conduct technical training seminars for applicators and location personnel.Conduct dealer/contractor information meetings.Procure and manages engineered wood inventory.Prepare complex CAD and/or hand drawings for converting conventional floor and roof framing and competitor's engineered wood materials to Boise materials.Consistently demonstrate a commitment to Total Quality and the process of continuous improvementIdentify and respond actively with sensitivity to the needs of all customers and be open and responsive to change.Qualifications:Basic Qualifications: College, vocational, or specialized training/certification or equivalent experience. Expert knowledge of CAD system, blueprint reading, and drafting.
