We are looking to hire a Technical Specialist (EW) to join our team in Herndon, VA.
This position reports to the Program Manager. The EW Technical Specialist will be responsible for the following:The Technical Specialist provides direct technical support to program customers to include installation, testing, maintenance of fixed site and mobile EW systems in support of mission requirements.The Technical Specialist is anticipated to be deployed approximately 60 percent of the year to overseas locations including hostile and denied areas as well as active conflict zones.Required Qualifications:One year of experience supporting technical programs and requirementsOne or more of the following:Three years of technical electronics testing and maintenance experienceThree years of experience with vehicle mechanical and electrical systemsThree years of experience with installation and maintenance of antennas, power equipment, and radios on communications towersRequired Security Clearance:SecretPreferred Qualifications:A Bachelor's Engineering Degree or higherExperience supporting EW technical requirements to include installation, testing, and maintenance of both fixed site and mobile EW platformsService in the foreign field to include hostile, austere and denied areas and conflict zonesFAA 107 licenseMilitary experiencePhysical Requirements:Ability to lift, transport, and install heavy electronic equipmentMust have the physical ability to climb ladders and work in tight, cramped environments.Ability to work in high heat, humidity, noise, and dirty conditions.Patriot Group International Inc. is a global mission support service provider with expeditionary capabilities, providing services to select clients within the intelligence, defense, and private sectors.
