EVV-Reporting Specialist

Reporting SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled Reporting Specialist to analyze business data, create accurate and insightful reports, and support decision-making across departments. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical abilities, experience with data tools, and the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.Essential Job FunctionsCollect, interpret, and validate data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and consistencyCreate, maintain, and manage advanced reporting, dashboards, and BI solutionsPerform and document data analysis, validation, and mapping/design to improve reporting qualityReview and enhance existing systems, and collaborate with teams to integrate new reporting toolsConduct market or operational research to identify trends and support strategic decisionsDevelop and implement data collection systems to optimize statistical efficiency and data qualityPrepare executive-level reports summarizing trends, patterns, and forecasts using relevant dataWork with management and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and build relationshipsMaintain compliance with data handling policies and ensure confidentiality of sensitive informationIdentify process improvements to streamline reporting workflows and reduce errorsAnalyze EVV data to identify missed visits, documentation inconsistencies, and compliance risksMonitor visit verification trends and recommend corrective actionsPartner with operations to strengthen oversight and ensure adherence to state and federal EVV requirementsPerform monthly reportingOther projects as definedRequired Skills/AbilitiesFamiliarity with automation tools to improve reporting efficiencyExcellent computer skills including, proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, NitroPro, and PowerBiAbility to work remotely and independentlyExcellent communication skillsWilling to learn new duties and technology-related skills, as requiredCollaborative team spiritEducation and ExperienceBachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.Physical RequirementsSedentary work.
