Evidence-Driven AI Experimentation Director

Pfizer US Commercial is building a cross-portfolio AI experimentation and measurement function. The Director will own end-to-end proof definitions, design experiments, set success bars, and narrate evidence to senior leaders. This is a build-from-scratch leadership role with strong independence and a portfolio-wide impact.

You will lead a governance cadence, address bias controls, and report readouts to portfolio executives, while navigating a hybrid, on-site work arrangement in the U.S.
