Events Specialist (Fully Remote)

• Support execution across marquee, trade show, regional, and community events.
• Work directly with the Director of Field Marketing & Events as an entry-level generalist.

What You Will Do:

• Coordinate logistics, vendors, and on-site operations for US events.
• Manage staffing schedules, lead scans, and post-event follow-ups.
• Track budgets, draft reports, and support regional activations.

Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 0-2 years of experience.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Clear communication and willingness to travel ~25%.
