At Tailored Events, we help bring promotional events and brand experiences to life for clients in different sectors. Our work takes place across Dayton and surrounding areas, with a focus on creating positive experiences and helping brands connect with their audiences.
We're currently hiring an Events Assistant who enjoys variety, meeting new people and being part of a team.
What Your Week Could Look Like
No two events are exactly the same, but your main responsibilities will include:
- Helping organize event equipment, materials and displays.
- Assisting with event setup and breakdown at different venues.
- Welcoming attendees and answering general questions.
- Supporting promotional teams during live events.
- Communicating with colleagues to keep activities running smoothly.
- Helping monitor attendance, engagement and event feedback.
- Maintaining a professional and welcoming event environment.
Who We're Hoping to Meet
We're interested in people who are dependable, approachable and happy to get involved.
You should be comfortable working in a busy environment, following instructions and speaking with members of the public. Good time management and teamwork are important.
Experience in events, hospitality, retail or customer-facing work is useful, although training is available.
