Events & Program Director

Your Role

We are excited to announce a new position! Help bring our mission to life by planning and coordinating exciting fundraisers, engaging art/nature events, educational classes, and more for our community.

Key Duties

• Events – plan park fundraisers i.e.. Garden Party, Spring/Fall Garden Festivals, Winter Nights, etc.
• Programs - coordinate horticulture/nature classes, tours, nature photography contest, etc.
• Volunteers - coordinate & oversee our many wonderful event volunteers
• Hours - part-time, 20 hrs./week, weekdays, flexible schedule during schoolyear months/hours

Skills Required

• experience with event planning & organizational skills
• proficient in computer skills & social media, marketing skills a plus
• people person with a passion for event planning & community engagement
