About the Event

The Macro Institute is hosting an exclusive Mini-Convening in Washington, D.C. this September ahead of our formal youth fellowship launch. This event will gather a brilliant, multi-disciplinary group of youth leaders, practitioners, and experts to tackle emerging social policies at the intersection of AI and Youth Mental Health .

We are looking for energetic, detail-oriented local volunteers to join our event team and help us execute a seamless experience!

Key Responsibilities

  • Logistics & Setup: Assist with venue preparation, signage, and coordinating tech/AV setups.
  • Guest Relations: Welcome attendees, manage the registration and check-in desk, and guide guests throughout the space.
  • Promotions & Media: Help capture behind-the-scenes content (photos/videos) for our social media channels or manage day-of slide presentations.
  • Operations Support: Be the go-to problem solvers to help the leadership team keep the schedule running smoothly.
