Schedule & Roles
- June 3: Kit Stuffing & Orientation (12:00 PM - 4:30 PM)
- June 4 - June 6: Registration, Guest Services, Ticketing, Exhibit Hall, and Bookstore Support.
- Shifts vary between 6:30 AM - 10:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage attendee check-in, badge distribution, and ticketing.
- Provide exceptional customer service and directional assistance.
- Support bookstore, exhibit hall, and onsite event leadership as needed.
Requirements
- Absolute reliability: Must arrive 10-15 minutes early for every shift.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong communication skills.
- Flexibility and a strong team-player mindset.
