Key responsibilities Evaluate incoming data to identify important leads and information for event management Enter relevant new information into patient records and synthesize available data to determine next steps Achieve production standards and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Required qualifications Ability to type 35 WPM with minimal errors Working knowledge of auto and health payers and patient accounting hierarchy Proven reliability and ability to work with minimal supervision Familiarity with computer functions and software, including Microsoft Office Suite Ability to adapt workflow according to client contractual and state requirements
