In this field-based role, you’ll ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and assets at venues by managing access control, performing bag checks, monitoring crowds, and responding to incidents and emergencies. You’ll use strong observation, communication, and de-escalation skills to enforce venue policies while delivering exceptional customer service.
