In this front-line role, you will provide crowd management, access control, and guest assistance while protecting people, property, and assets during events.
Responsibilities include screening guests, monitoring entrances and exits, patrolling event spaces, responding to incidents, and writing clear reports. You’ll work closely with venue staff in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment that values teamwork, professionalism, and strong communication skills.
