In this highly visible, guest-facing role, you will manage access control, conduct bag checks, monitor crowds, and enforce venue policies to ensure a safe, enjoyable experience. You will observe and report suspicious activity, respond to incidents, and assist with emergency procedures while delivering courteous customer service.
