In this front-line role, you will manage access control, conduct bag checks, monitor crowds, and assist with incident response to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for guests and staff. You will patrol assigned areas, enforce venue policies, complete incident reports, and deliver professional customer service at concerts, sports events, and special functions.
