Event Security and Guest Services Associate

BEST Crowd Management, a GardaWorld company, is hiring Event Staff and Security to support safe, memorable experiences at stadiums, arenas, and large events. In this role, you’ll manage access points, check tickets or credentials, assist with crowd flow, and provide courteous guest services while enforcing venue policies. You’ll monitor for safety issues, report incidents, and follow clear post orders and emergency procedures.

Work is on-site at events, often evenings and weekends, in a professional, safety-focused, team environment with training and opportunities to grow.
