Event Project Specialist - Mumbai (Fully Remote)

• IDC India seeks an Events Project Specialist to plan and deliver regional events in APAC & META.
• This role manages milestones, vendors, sponsors, budgets, and logistics for seamless events.

What You'll Do:

• Support end-to-end event lifecycle, including timelines, task trackers, and stakeholder coordination.
• Oversee vendor management, sponsor relations, and on-site event execution with real-time troubleshooting.
• Coordinate post-event wrap-up, reports, and feedback documentation.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of event project management experience.
• Strong organizational, budget management, and Microsoft Office/project management tool skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and vendors.
