Role: We’re seeking an experienced Event Product Manager to coordinate product execution, customization, logistics, and outfitting for high-profile events and brand activations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage product shipping, logistics, delivery timelines, and inventory.
- Coordinate product customization, graphic approvals, tech packs, SKU management, hangtags, and print vendors.
- Support outfitting and fulfillment for athletes, ambassadors, event staff, and PR teams.
- Partner with Merchandising, Sports Marketing, PR, Sourcing, and Brand teams.
- Maintain project trackers, timelines, and communication plans.
- Coordinate post-event inventory disposition.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Merchant Experience or PLM experience .
- Proven large-scale project management and complex cross-functional project delivery.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience with RMS or product ordering/ delivery systems is an asset.
