Responsibilities
Operational Oversight

Supervise stadium operations including seating areas, concourses, restrooms, and VIP sections.

Ensure compliance with safety, security, and cleanliness standards.

Coordinate with maintenance, security, and event teams to resolve issues promptly.
Staff Leadership

Lead and supervise a team of event staff, ushers, and support personnel.

Assign duties, monitor performance, and provide coaching and feedback.

Assist with scheduling, timekeeping, and attendance tracking.
Event Management

Act as the primary point of contact for operational issues during events.

Oversee crowd control, guest services, and emergency response procedures.

Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure smooth event execution.
Administrative Duties

Prepare post-event reports detailing staffing, incidents, and operational improvements.

Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment for assigned areas.

Support budgeting and cost-control initiatives related to operations.
Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in stadium, arena, or large venue operations with supervisory experience preferred but not required

Ability to manage high-pressure situations and make quick decisions.
