Event Fundraising Manager

Leading the strategy and execution of a $400,000+ event fundraising portfolio, the full-time Senior Manager, Events will engage donors, sponsors, and volunteers to drive revenue and deliver high-quality event experiences while based in the Tacoma, WA or Pierce Co., WA area. Key responsibilities Builds and manages relationships with donors, sponsors, volunteers, and community partners to achieve revenue goals and grow engagement Leads planning and execution of event fundraising activities, including logistics, budgets, vendor coordination, and experience delivery Develops and executes strategies to grow revenue, participation, and the donor pipeline within the assigned portfolio Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree required Minimum of 2 years of successful experience in fundraising and relationship development Demonstrated success in driving revenue through relationship building and volunteer engagement Strong project management and event execution skills Ability to analyze performance and adjust strategies to meet goals
