Iron Mountain is seeking a detail-oriented Enterprise Events, Event Coordinator to join our Global Events team.

In this role, you will play a key part in crafting flawless, high-touch event experiences for our executives, sellers, and premier global clients. Here, your logistical expertise and customer-first mindset will transform complex event planning into seamless attendee journeys that elevate how we connect. You will have the opportunity to manage end-to-end delegate operations, from configuring event registration platforms to delivering on-site operational execution.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Registration & Data Management: Build and maintain comprehensive event registration sites and mobile apps while ensuring real-time attendee data accuracy and reporting.
  • Delegate Communication & Concierge Support: Serve as the primary, customer-facing point of contact for attendee inquiries, delivering white-glove concierge support for senior executives and VIP guests.
  • Logistical & Venue Coordination: Manage hotel room blocks, ground transportation, project timelines, and operational sourcing for executive dinners and local venue options.
  • Financial Tracking & On-Site Execution: Monitor attendee-related budget lines and vendor invoices, traveling internationally 1–3 times per year to manage on-site guest check-in and registration desks.
What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2–4 years of experience in corporate event coordination, hospitality, or marketing logistics with a clear focus on guest management.
  • Strong knowledge of event registration platforms (Cvent proficiency is a plus) and corporate productivity software like Google Workspace.
  • Proven ability in timeline management, multitasking, and maintaining high data integrity under tight schedules.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with professional composure when supporting senior executives and high-value customers.
  • Flexibility to collaborate across global time zones during peak cycles and willingness to travel internationally 1–3 times per year.
