Event Coordinator

Duration: 3 Months

Pay Rate: $95–$98.75/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Produce visual content for live events, including keynote stages, LED walls, video walls, projection, and immersive installations.
• Translate creative direction into production plans, technical specifications, and deliverables.
• Develop and manage production schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with creative agencies, production studios, AV vendors, and external partners.
• Review creative deliverables and provide actionable feedback to maintain quality and brand consistency.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience producing live events, broadcast, or experiential content.
• Proven experience creating or producing content for large-format screens, LED walls, multi-screen environments, or non-standard canvases.
• Strong understanding of technical production specifications, including resolution, pixel mapping, aspect ratios, frame rates, codecs, and color spaces.
• Understanding of live event production timelines, including pre-production, content lock, technical rehearsals, load-in, and show execution.
