Event Bartender

Event Bartender Contract Event Assignments

PARTY MAXX NETWORK is a veteran-owned event service provider serving DFW and North Texas. We are expanding our dependable network of experienced event bartenders for weddings, private celebrations, corporate events, and community gatherings.

Compensation
• $200 $400 per confirmed event day
• Rate is based on event length, guest count, service scope, experience, and assigned responsibility
• The final scope and rate are confirmed in writing before each assignment is accepted

Responsibilities
• Set up, operate, maintain, and break down an organized event bar
• Prepare and serve beer, wine, cocktails, mocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages according to the approved menu and event scope
• Verify age and identification and follow responsible-service and venue requirements
• Monitor guest consumption and professionally refuse service when required
• Keep the bar clean, stocked, sanitary, and guest-ready
• Track beverage inventory or complete service records when assigned
• Coordinate professionally with clients, venue teams, coordinators, and other event staff
• Follow event timelines, dress standards, site rules, and safety procedures

Requirements
• Current TABC seller/server certification
• Prior bartending or banquet beverage-service experience; two years is preferred
• Strong knowledge of standard cocktails, beer, wine, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service
• Reliable transportation to assignments throughout DFW and North Texas
• Availability for event schedules that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Professional appearance, dependable communication, punctuality, and strong guest service
• Ability to stand for extended periods and safely move bar supplies and equipment
• Ability to provide a W-9 and any insurance, permit, or venue documentation required for a specific engagement

Partner Terms
This is a contract, event-based opportunity. You may accept or decline individual engagements based on your availability. Opportunities are offered according to client demand, service area, experience, availability, performance, and event requirements. PARTY MAXX NETWORK does not guarantee bookings, hours, territory, ranking, or event volume.
