Finish Line Promotions is hiring an Event Assistant in Charlotte to support live promotional campaigns. You'll interact with customers, introduce products and services, answer questions, and help generate new customer interest.

It's an opportunity to build practical experience while contributing to real campaign goals. This is a customer-facing promotional role, not a traditional event planning or administrative position.

What You'll Be Doing

• Connect with potential customers at promotional events and assigned locations.
• Represent brands and explain products or services in a clear, approachable way.
• Start conversations, listen to customer needs, and answer questions.
• Guide interested customers through the next steps and contribute to customer acquisition goals.
• Help prepare promotional displays and assist with event setup or breakdown when needed.
• Work with your team, share customer feedback, and contribute to campaign targets.
