🚨 We’re Hiring: Part-Time Event & Facilities Support Coordinator 🚨

Minti Cowork & Conference, an owned and operated coworking and event facility of In-Flight Crew Connections (IFCC), is looking for a dependable, hands-on, customer-focused individual to join our team in a part-time Event & Facilities Support Coordinator role.

📍 Location: Minti Cowork & Conference

🗓️ Schedule: Thursday–Sunday

🌙 Hours: Primarily evenings and weekends, less than 30 hours per week

💼 Position Type: Part-Time

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in keeping a space running smoothly, and is comfortable working independently.

In this role, you’ll help support the day-to-day operations of our coworking, conference, and event spaces — making sure everything is clean, organized, secure, and ready for our tenants, guests, and event customers.

✨ What You’ll Do:

• Support event setup and breakdown, including tables, chairs, staging, drapery, A/V, and other rental items

• Serve as an on-site point of contact for evening and weekend events

• Assist customers and tenants with building access, Wi-Fi, TVs, A/V, and general questions

• Reset conference rooms, event spaces, kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas

• Help with minor maintenance, painting, touch-ups, furniture assembly, and facility improvement projects

• Prepare offices for new tenants and reset spaces after move-outs

• Monitor supplies and help keep the building stocked and organized

• Troubleshoot basic technology and facility issues

• Conduct weekend tours for prospective tenants and event customers when appropriate

• Document damage, incidents, or maintenance concerns and escalate issues when needed

• Complete Sunday evening resets so the facility is ready to go for Monday morning

✅ Comfortable with basic facility maintenance and physical tasks

✅ Able to prioritize when multiple things are happening at once

✅ Comfortable troubleshooting basic Wi-Fi, TV, conference room, or A/V issues

✅ Available to work evenings and weekends, particularly Thursday through Sunday
