Now hiring 2 RN Supervisors for our 3PM–11PM shift.
Pay: $60–$63 per hour
Full-Time: 5 days per week, 3PM–11PM, with rotating weekends
Part-Time: Friday, Saturday & Sunday, 3PM–11PM
We’re looking for an experienced RN who can take the lead on the evening shift and keep nursing operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
Supervise and support nursing staff throughout the shift
Monitor resident care, documentation, and follow-through
Provide clinical guidance to nurses and CNAs
Address resident and family concerns
Review care plans and resident needs
Respond to changes in condition and clinical issues
Make sure the unit is properly staffed, organized, and supplied
Work with nursing leadership to resolve problems and maintain quality care
What We’re Looking For
Current NY RN license
Long-term care/SNF experience preferred
Previous nursing leadership or Unit Manager experience preferred
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Comfortable leading a team and making decisions independently
Basic computer/documentation skills
