Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of meals, including entrees, sides, and desserts, in accordance with established recipes and quality standards

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all safety and sanitation guidelines

• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities with ease

• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth meal service and efficient operations

• Maintain accurate inventory and track food costs to minimize waste and optimize resources

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and staff, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded

Ideal Candidate:

• 1+ year of experience as a line cook or equivalent position in a healthcare setting

• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety practices

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Familiarity with dietary restrictions and special meal requirements (e.g., vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.)
