About The Role
As a Nurse Tech , you’ll be an important part of the care team, supporting residents and guests with daily needs while helping create a safe, comfortable, and compassionate environment overnight.

What You’ll Do
- Assist residents and guests with daily living needs
- Support nurses and clinical team members with resident care
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
- Provide friendly, respectful, and compassionate support
- Respond to resident needs throughout the night
- Build trust with residents, families, and team members
- Contribute to a positive team culture focused on quality care
- An active CNA license in the state of Nebraska
- Experience working with the elderly and providing personal care services in a long-term care, post-acute, hospital, or similar setting preferred
- A caring, dependable, and team-focused approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced care environment
