HealthDrive is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to manage medical needs in sub-acute rehab and long-term care units. The APRN will diagnose, treat, and coordinate care while building relationships with facility staff and administrators. The role includes a 12pm-8pm shift and no nights or on-call.
Training is provided via a 3-week paid program with mentorship to prepare you for success in a primary/post-acute setting.
