$90K–$140K+ per year (depending on experience, skill level, and production)

Fair dispatching—no “pet techs” getting fed gravy work

No weekends (Monday–Friday, 8–5)

✓ YOU WILL NOT BE MICROMANAGED – We hire strong techs for a reason. If you know what you’re doing, we’ll let you do it. Support is there when you need it—otherwise, we stay out of your way.
